Saint Innocent is the French one man synthwave outfit founded by Julien Touvet. The name is taken from Touvet’s home of Brison-Saint-Innocent, a small parish or township (known locally as a Commune) based in the French Alps. Touvet has been making music since he was a child, starting with guitar and piano. He began DJing in the early 2000 and has been composing for the last 15 years. The music of Saint Innocent is strongly influenced by the French House music (aka French Touch) popularised by artists such as Daft Punk, David Guetta and Kavinsky. Touvet also likes to add 80s style synths for a sound that epitomises catchy nostalgia.
Midlife is the promo single for the album “Three Hundred On Earth,” which was released on the 20th July 2022 by Aztec Records.
